Requesting Written Material

How do I request a Verification of Mortgage (VOM)?

How do I request a payoff statement?

Send a written request, signed by all borrower(s), via US mail, Email, or fax: Mail: Summit Funding, Inc. 500 S Broad St, Suite 100AMeriden, CT 06450 Email: [email protected] Fax: (888) 450-2496 A payoff statement is generally mailed within approximately two business days or faxed by the next business day. There may be a fax fee associated with the payoff request if the payoff is to be faxed.

Third Party payoffs: please visit ThirdPartyPayoff and select one of the two options:

Electronic Authorization option: The customer will receive an automated email via the email on file to approve/authorize the quote. Upon approval, you will receive the payoff quote within minutes.

Upload Written Authorization option: This allows you to upload an signed borrower’s authorization and submit your request online.
